Welcome to „Natur Camp Birštonas“ campsite!
Thank you for observing theses camping rules – they are designed to provide safe and pleasant camping for all:
CHECK IN:
- All visitors must check in at reception prior to entering the camp site.
- Reception is open 9.00 am – 21.00 pm 7 days a week otherwise posted.
- During the check in registration card must be filled in.
- The person fee applies to all visitors entering the campgrounds.
- Number of persons arriving together must be identified on the registration card having provided lead person ID card.
- Day visitors visiting the guests staying overnight must be registered as well.
- Arrival time for the camping pitches 10.00 am, to the cabins 14.00 pm.
- Check out time is 12.00 am. Late check out must Not notified check out after 12.00 am be authorized by the receptionist. Unauthorized late check out will result in extra night fee charge.
- Minors must be accompanied and will be accommodated together with their parents or the adults who have the parental authority, who are responsible for them to respect the campsite rules.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
SITE RULES
- For the safety on the grounds the video surveillance is at all times. Data is process by UAB „Gausina“, Karalienės Barboros al. 1, Birštonas.
- All vehicles at the campgrounds must be parked respecting the other vehicles.
- The pitch can contain only one tent or one caravan or one camper. Additional tents will be charged according to the campsite price list.
- Minimum distance between the parked vehicles must be 2.5 meters.
- Please drive slowly. Maximum speed limit of – 10 km/h will be strictly enforced
- Respecting everyone’s rest loud or offensive noise will not be tolerated at any time.
- Please enjoy your music but keep in mind it might be not the choice of other campers so please keep the volume down.
- Quiet hours are 22.00 pm. to 6.00. Please keep your voices quiet during this time
- No outdoor radio, car sound systems, movie projectors, televisions, PC’s or smart devices should be audible outside at any time.
- All campsite public facilities are strictly NO SMOKING.
- It is allowed to barbecue with gas or carbon, avoiding open flames.
- It is absolutely forbidden to make campfires on the campsite.
- After using your barbeque please leave the ashes to cool before disposing it.
- If you would like to rent one of our grills, please ask at the Reception.
- Pets are allowed at the campsite.
- All pets must always be on a leash and under adult supervision.
- Please clean up all the droppings. Pet bags are available at the box at the reception.
- Each guest is obliged to take care of his/her own property. Management declines all responsibility for any losses, deterioration or thefts occurred at Natur Camp Birštonas. We remind you that the storage service is available at the reception.
- Guests that find lost property, on the campsite, are requested to deposit them immediately at the Reception.
- Not checked in visitors are not allowed at the campsite an any time.
- In case of emergency please contact the reception immediately or call emergency line 112.
- Fireworks or Sky Lanterns are strictly NOT allowed and any time.
- Please keep your area neat.
- You will find the waist bins near the laundry room and near Camper Service site by the entrance gate.
CAMSITE FACILITIES
- There is a kitchen on the site.
- All the kitchenware is for all visitors use.
- Before and after the use of the kitchenware please wash it through.
- Fridge in the kitchen is for all the guests use. Please store your food at one spot.
- The stove operates on coins. Please insert coin before using the stove. 0.5 Eur for 30 min.
- You will find the washing and drying machines in the laundry room. Washing and Dryers operate on Tokens. Please insert the token before using one of the machines. 1 token is for 1.5 hours – 5.00 Eur. Please ask for Tokens at the reception
- Using of your own washing or drying machines on the campsite is not allowed.
- Car, camper or caravan wash is not allowed on the campsite.
- For Grey water and chemical WC there is a Camper Service site near the entrance gate .
- Drinking water filling point is with the long hose and it is only for filling up the drinking water.
Rules and Regulations are subject to change without notice
Guests who do not observe these rules, as well as the specifics regulation, will be asked to leave the campsite and to pay for any damage caused. No refund will be applicable.
